Hello again,

Another Monday has passed, more thrills and spills as the league nears the halfway stage.

CTU and  Ova Throws met for the second time in this campaign,  JURA and Morrisons were the other teams in action. The latest table is up and each teams' stats have been updated.

The race for the individual awards is on now too and to save you clicking back and forth between each team we've put up a leaderboard. At the moment  only a few  have reached the qualification mark - expect lots of personnel changes over the coming weeks as more of you clock up overs and innings.

As always - let us know if there are any mistakes with any of the records. (Remember - bowlers get credited the run outs!)

Next week  CTU will be watching to see who closes the gap. JURA play Ova Throws for the first time this season and LWW return to action against Morrisons - those two have already met in a game that went down to the last over.

We've had a few enquiries from new teams. We won't be changing the format of this league but we are  hoping to get them some  friendlies. Obviously whoever's on a week off would be best placed for these but if anyone else wants a second game one night that might be possible too.
Another plan is to build up a database of players who can fill in when any teams short - sort of like Owais Shah style freelancers! If you know anyone who's keen but can't force their way into your own side, point them our way please.
